Once we receive your order it is picked, packed and sealed immediately.
Picking orders is done in hygienic conditions, gloves are worn at all times to avoid contamination.
We hold a 5 Star food hygiene rating, allergen awareness certificates and level 3 food and hygiene certificates.
All our sweets are stored in air tight containers, any sweets containing nuts are stored away from other sweets.
On a small number of occasions or during busy times a sweet may become out of stock before we have had chance to change it on the website as sold out, in this case we will either substitute for something similar or add extras of your already chosen sweets.
All our sweets have a shelf life date of +1 year.
All our Pic N Mix bags are Transparent Stand Up Pouches with Zip Lock. They are heat and zip sealed which allows for the sweets to stay fresh and protects from humidity, oxygenation and foreign smells.
If left sealed in the pouch we recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks for optimum freshness.

Your sweets are packed in sealable bags and tissue paper, the box is then sealed. Once our boxes are opened please consume within 1-3 weeks
Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will not be sent until Monday.

Please allow 2 to 5 days, during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's day this may take a little longer.
We are not responsible for delivery times once we have dispatched and recommend ordering early or pre ordering.
Now and again, we experience delays in shipping, this is out of our control. You will have a tracking number sent to you once your order is dispatched and we advise you to check there first for updates.
If after 14 days you have not received your order please contact us, and we will advise.
Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout, we aim to keep delivery costs to a minimum.
